Established in 1997, BVM is a Toronto-based family-run General Contractor, Home Builder, and Project Management business, providing quality new home construction (infill), home addition, home extensions, and full interior renovation services for families and real estate investment groups across the Greater Toronto Area. BVM is a vocal advocate for infill development in the GTA and in empowering smaller scale developers to create desperately needed housing supply.
We at FHA are excited to be working with BVM as we explore ways to build better and more affordable housing for all. We collaborate with BVM Contracting to help bolster our expertise in residential multi-unit conversion projects, including single family dwelling to duplex/triplex/fourplex and accessory dwelling unit construction.
